Options for Payment

The Dogs Den Learning Center offers several options for payment.

You may complete your enrollment online, by phone, mail or in person.  
Registration Online- Fill out and send online application and call with credit information.  Credit receipt must be signed upon arrival or before your 1st class.
Registration by Phone- Application and credit information will be gathered at time of call.  Application and credit receipt must be signed before your first class.  Please have credit card ready at time of call and arrive early on first day to sign form and receipt.
Registration by Mail- Print off (printable) enrollment form and send completed/signed with cash, money order or cheque.  Registration will be confirmed by phone.  
Registration in Person- You have the option of printing off a copy of the printable enrollment form and bringing it in completed or filling out a form when you come in.  Payment is due at time of enrollment.
Spaces are limited for each class and your space in class cannot be confirmed until completed registration and payment has been received.  If you arrive for class without a prior completed registration you may be taking the chance that your class already full.  It is recommended that you pre-register.

Preparation for Classes

Once your registration is completed be sure to check out and read supplies needed for class as the dogs will attend every class so you must be prepared to start your training when you arrive for your first class.  You may bring a pad of paper and pen for additional note taking but you will receive detailed homework instructions by email each week.
